FreezeLock is engineered to be vacuumed flat. A thick sealant layer and a barrier web hold compression without pinholes, and the satin surface is chosen to resist the white fold lines that usually appear where vacuum creases a print. The result is a dense, orderly pack that uses less shelf depth and protects brittle pieces from crushing in transit. Paper-cut layer graphics create a handmade, layered look that suits small-batch dried treat makers scaling into regional retail. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-004 - Bio-Based Mono-PE Valve Pouch for Raw and Freeze-Dried Food - on the basis of structure-first match: high-barrier, low-oxygen pouch for raw and freeze-dried fills. The family design direction is: Use a plant-based PE direction for the film and sealant so the structure stays in one polymer family; keep the valve as the only non-film component and specify it in a compatible material; water-based inks; solvent-free lamination; and avoid foil and metallised coatings that would rule the pack out of a film recovery route.
