About this product

PaperRoot gives a treat brand an unmistakably natural surface. The kraft outer carries a single-color vintage seed-packet style illustration, and a blind emboss replaces a printed logo for a tactile, low-ink look. Inside, a functional barrier layer defends against moisture so biscuits stay crisp. The tin-tie fold is a familiar, satisfying closure for small-format treats, and it doubles as a merchandising signal that the pack is paper-forward. Barrier selection is matched to the product's moisture sensitivity during sampling. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-008 - Tin-Tie Kraft Treat Pouch - on the basis of exact structural match: kraft paper pouch with a tin-tie top fold. The family design direction is: Maximise the paper share and leave the pack unlined wherever the fill allows; use a water-based or dispersion barrier treatment rather than a plastic layer; keep the only non-paper component to the tin-tie wire and design it for easy separation; avoid foil, metallised film and plastic windows; and specify FSC or equivalent certified fibre as a procurement requirement rather than as a claim on pack. The front panel stays blank and carries no brand of ours, so the buyer's own label can be applied. Nothing here is a verified environmental statement: CLAIM PENDING - NOT VERIFIED. No repulpability, paper-recycling, recyclability, compostability or plastic-free claim is validated for this SKU. The tin-tie contains a metal wire and the pack may include a coating and a thin liner, so the fibre-recovery behaviour of the finished pack is unverified. Any fibre-first wording must wait for a mill or laboratory repulpability result; until then use only 'paper-first construction with a wire tie - recovery behaviour under verification'. Duties & taxes are not included in quoted prices.

Made for US and Canadian farm-store, boutique and farmers-market channels where a paper hand-feel and a plastic-free message justify a premium price on a small bag. Re-homed into the KP-ECO-008 family, the North America positioning holds: Suits the US and Canadian biscuit-treat shelf, bake-shop style boutiques and farm-store counters, where a tactile paper pack outperforms a glossy laminate on perceived quality. The pack stands upright when filled, folds flat for freight beforehand, and the blank front area is sized for a buyer's label or a printed brand.
