ReGrip replaces the zipper track with a wide fold-and-press closure strip. There is nothing to align, so it closes correctly every time, and it stays visibly open or closed at a glance, which solves two chronic complaints about conventional resealable pouches. The doubled top flange is engineered so the strip is welded rather than glued, and the fabric-textured band makes the closure easy to find by touch. Origami-fold graphics echo the folding gesture in the design itself. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-001 - Mono-PE Single-Stream Stand-Up Doypack - on the basis of structure-first match: stand-up doypack with a bottom gusset; the hook-and-loop closure is carried as a variant and must be re-verified in a single material stream. The family design direction is: Mono-material PE only, with no mixed polymer layers, so the pack can stay in one film stream; water-based inks; solvent-free lamination; source reduction by downgauging; a PCR content direction; and a zipper from the same PE family so the closure does not contaminate the stream. The front panel stays blank and carries no brand of ours, so the buyer's own label can be applied. Nothing here is a verified environmental statement: CLAIM PENDING - NOT VERIFIED. No recyclability, recycled-content, mono-material or compostability claim is validated for this SKU today. Before any on-pack, listing or sales wording, the following must be documented and approved: (1) the film resin family declaration and the supplier recyclability statement; (2) a store drop-off eligibility assessment in the US and a provincial programme check in Canada; (3) evidence for any post-consumer recycled content figure (physical content or mass balance); (4) evidence for any material-reduction figure.
