Custom means the size, the structure, the closure and the print are all set by your product rather than selected from a stock list. That is how a pack ends up fitting the filling line, the shelf and the shipping carton instead of approximately fitting all three.
The control point is the proof. We proof artwork against the actual dieline and sign it off in writing before the cylinder is cut, because that is the last moment a change is cheap.

We set a target against your reference and check the first production run against a retained sample. Metallic and fluorescent inks are the hardest to hit — we will tell you before you commit.
